Tour of the new police station

Today we took members of our command staff and members of the police department's building committee on a tour of the new police station. So far the building is coming under budget and several months ahead of schedule. The building is much bigger up close than it appears to be. I was stunned to find out that the old building and the two other buildings we currently occupy would fit on the first floor of our new building. The additional space will be critical as we begin to move the department forward.
